The Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) will host its
2ND ANNUAL
"Conference on International Governance Innovation" 2006 (CIGI’06),
at CIGI’s headquarters in Waterloo, Ontario Canada
Friday September 15th - Sunday September 17th
The conference will engage accomplished researchers, practitioners, business leaders and policy makers from around the world to discuss and advance issues of critical global importance. CIGI’s ability to directly engage with and make better known the work of scholars around the world is seen as vital to our work.
This year’s conference discussions will focus on an exploration of the world’s largest growth economies and conversely fragile and weak states and LICUS (Low-Income Countries Under Stress). CIGI is also taking the international lead in analyzing the implications of these economies as they relate to Global Institutional Reform.
